Step 9: Preparation of Spice+ form and uploading the forms to the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) website. In some cases, the authorized person’s mobile OTP may be required, or the team of experts will handle this step.
Step 10: The MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) will review and approve the application. If any resubmission is required, our team of experts will work on it and resubmit the application. In case the registrar asks for the resubmission of any documents provided by the client, the client should ensure that the requested documents are submitted before the due date. Failure to do so may result in additional fees charged by the MCA.
